AW Roundup (07 05 2009)

Pride of performance goes to Phil Hinch (running for Wolverhampton University) who won the BUCS 10,000m Final with 30.22.38.

Phil appears in a photograph on the Contents page in the BUCS Championships.

Phil also ran 14.42.48 for 5000m to snatch 3rd place in the Final after having sneaked qualification with 4th spot in 14.51.53.

Ryan McLeod's "blog" gets a mention in this weeks AW with reference to his training at Font Romeu in Southern France.

Pat Kavanagh's time was 3rd fastest in his age group. In the M50 category evergreen Malcolm Eustace was fastest overall on the day with 18.06.
